I Got the insignia android tablet 8", and it was cracked in the box! I was saving for my little brother b-day! He turned it on and it was the inside screen was cracked

the tablet broke and froze up in minutes, so we took it back the next day and got a second one which also broke the next day

I thought this would be a great tablet just to watch some online videos off wifi. The tablet is connected and gets string wifi signal, but nothing loads! I watch the buffering/loading circle spin for minutes and times out or asks to retry. I am so disappointed that best buy would exclusively carry a product that does not work.

Bad tablet. Charging port got broken after 2 month

Tablet is ok for the price. However the charging port is too bad quality. After two months of (not heavy) use the tablet stopped charging. Luckily BB gave the money back in store credit, no questions asked.

wifi issues

About a month after purchasing my tablet I began having issues with the wifi constantly dropping and reconnecting while i was using apps. Research into the issue showed me this isn't an uncommon problem and must be returned to store for repair or replacement.

Loses WiFi connection

Returned the item for signal drop on great internet connection. All other devices do great. The replacement tablet does the same thing. No wireless devices are interfering. No firmware updates available.
Fair warning this device is terrible.
