The tablet is connected and gets string wifi signal, but nothing loads! I watch the buffering/loading circle spin for minutes and times out or asks to retry. I am so disappointed that best buy would exclusively carry a product that does not work.

Bad tablet. Charging port got broken after 2 month

After two months of (not heavy) use the tablet stopped charging. Luckily BB gave the money back in store credit, no questions asked.

Research into the issue showed me this isn't an uncommon problem and must be returned to store for repair or replacement.

Loses WiFi connection

The replacement tablet does the same thing. No wireless devices are interfering. No firmware updates available. Fair warning this device is terrible.
