Sticky pad failed, stops recording randomly

The quality of the video is not legible (which isn't good when needing to read license plates), the cameras will not constantly film, and they keep shutting off randomly. Additionally, the sticky portion of the mount will not hold the weight of the camera, so it keeps fallings.
