Not good bad quality doesn’t last it damages with heat

I have better camera and the sales rep is very rude

The camera is filling part and is been only month.

Small but big enough to see the screen, not like other micro cams. Awesome set lense quality does not loose focus. Great headlight vision, awesome pictures option and your choice of time recording. I preffer 3min. 5 is too much searching. Easy sd card search with home computer. I have used my cellphone as dash cam and pictures,loosing focus and glare, not even close. I drive a lottttttt, this cam is good. I take it down in the heat, it records on power up in 2 seconds. Easy, simple, awesome. Move the knob opposite of the power cord. Max micro sd 32gb, over two hours, not bad, save only what you choose to save. Great little cam. Clean windshield, moist suction cup, press hard, no fall downs yet.

Already paid for itself...perfectly recorded someone merging into me on a traffic circle. All videos were stored on the card and easily accessible. Video was excellent quality. Camera was easy to use. Already 100% worth the cost.

I was looking for a reasonable price camera that works good enough for daily use. This investment can save you a fortune on accidents, with a simple video proof of what happened. Does anybody know how long can you record at maximum quality on a 32gb microSD? I understand it loops the available space, but how many hours, days can I have before it gets erased? Thanks, Michael

High quality images and easy to reformat the drive. Shocks from bad roads can lock files, so clearing those files is fast with reformats.

Compact design, good video quality, easy set up. Captured video segments are sharp with good resolution, pleasantly surprised.

Suction is berly starting to give out, but considering it was purchased back in 2018 and it still works great is amazing! HIghly recommend it. One of my best purchase considering i have 3 different dash cams for my cars and this one surpases the rest.

I wanted a simple and inexpensive dash cam and this one was just about perfect. There was one flaw, and that was the nut that loosens the swivel adjustment on the mount was in the way of the power cable. I unscrewed it and reversed the screw so it turns on the opposite side and problem solved. Everything works great on the dash cam, the only flaw is that it doesn't have a great image at night, but it is not a deal breaker.

I really like this cam, very nice and easy to use. Good price too.

While the video quality is okay and the price was reasonable, I'm disappointed in the quality of the suction cup. Every few days I come out in the morning and find the camera dangling by the power cord. The date and time also reset regularly. This wouldn't be a big deal, except if I ever had to submit a video as evidence it would have the wrong date stamp.

Night video quality is horrible. Wide angle is nice. Suction cup works great. Comes with nice and long USB cable. Menu is fairly simple to figure out. My gripe is that it only records in 1-3-5 minute loops. I would prefer session videos but maybe this time limitation is to reduce file size. I like ability to playback video on the device itself.

I researched dash cams prior to purchasing this device. It's excellent! The clarity, easy to use and light on your wallet is what attributed to my purchase.

I have been using the Black Box G1W-C dash cam for years. Its recording quality is great and it uses a capacitor rather than a battery so it's (relatively) OK to leave it in the sun, but the user interface left a lot to be desired. This Insignia dash cam checks all the boxes from the G1W-C but also adds an extremely intuitive interface for playing back recordings. I also like the button that allows you to save an "incident" for later review. I will be swapping this one into my car and giving my older G1W-C to a family member. Great buy!

Loving this camera got it on Black Friday & even if the dark it has great quality 1080p g sensor great features . Overall great camera

with all the dumb drivers out there needed something other than my word for their actions. It works great day or night.

I have two units in two cars. Both are around a year old. Batteries in both are bad and will not charge Both are set to loop record and do not most of the time. both have totally lock up two SD cards. Put them in write protect and I have found no way to unlock them. I'm looking for the receipt in hopes I can get them warrantied. IF YOU PLAN TO BUY ONE GET THE WARRANTY EXTENSTION....YOUR GONNA NEED IT

I bought this camera while it was on sale and partially using My Best Buy Rewards Dollars Certificates. It was the last one the store had and they had to search for it. The camera setup was easy and straightforward. There is an expandable memory slot, for which I bought a memory card with more space to keep the recordings. The picture and sound quality are great and the recordings are easy download onto my computer. The only issue: The camera mount was missing hardware upon my purchase. The screw that is supposed to hold the camera in the up and down position was not the correct one and had no nut to tighten it. Also, it appears that there is a circular washer missing that fully holds the camera tight on the bracket. So as it is, the mount allows the camera to swivel up and down on its own and the camera will fall off the bracket while turning the car or after a period of vibrations. I taped all of this together, but this is a temp fix. I attempted to return it to the store, but they were out of stock. If I were to receive store credit or exchange for another item, I would not receive credit for my Rewards Certificates that I used to purchase the camera. They suggested going through Insignia directly using the warranty. Well, after back and forth with Insignia, they suggested I take it to the store for store credit. Buyer beware of using Rewards Certificates and buying 1 year warranted Insignia products. They will not stand behind this. All over a missing screw and washer on a windshield mount.

This camera NEVER keeps in place, it is always falling... you bought this camera to be recording all the time while you are driving, and in case there is an accident ,well, the camera will be recording the floor or your feet... also every time it falls, the hits will brake this camera eventually, and while you are driving tend to pick up the camera once again and again and again....
