For this price range, I am very impressed with the quality and precision of the motion. It doesn't sag like other cheaper mounts. It's simple to install and looks great, not that it needs to look good because it's usually hidden when in the retracted position. For my 60" it's probably an over-kill.

I mounted the support wall mount in the cubbyhole and since it extended 25.2 " inches out was perfect for the new tv

I wish it did come out a little more though.
