Only the fact that the stud in our walls were not 16" on the center so luckily the installer had SANUS Elite - Advanced Tilt 4D TV Wall Mount in the truck available in its place.

Good rigid arms and mount plate that will hold secure when being moved or tilted. Holds it's position and no wiggle. The plastic covers are nice but didn't use them because its all behind the TV. Full compliment of mount screws for the vest mount so I didn't have to search hardware stores for the right screws.

missing hardware and used bracket

Unfortunately, the bracket arrived with no hardware and the bracket was used and scratched which is disappointing. I was going to complain, but I didn't have time or energy to do this.

Thanks to Best Buy membership when I had it. They wouldn’t install free with membership. They said I would have to pay 150.00 extra for Bestbuy to come to my house. One day it will be on my wall

The installation process was pretty straightforward, and the range of motion is very solid. My one minor quibble is that it doesn't offer much leeway for tilting the screen forward; you're not going to be able to go far from parallel with the wall on that axis, so positioning correctly when you install it is especially important for getting the right viewing angles.

I'm so happy that I discovered this one. The reviews didn't lie. It was easy and quick to install (tbh, I didn't install it, but assisted my friend who did). If you are "iffy" , don't be.
