We are not happy since it was your fault. The homeowners at our old address just kept the item and they knew how to get hold of us. So we had to order a new one. We spent 260.00 dollars and should have just cost us 130.00. Since we donated it to our church we were not happy. It’s your customer service that messed up. Your Customer needs to give us back our 130.00.

Not for large tvs

The tilt is a joke the tv is way to heavy for thos bracket. Its odd, you need two people to move it around on bracket . Ridiculous. Scary. And the shipping people were a nightmare . Took 5 hours over the phome to just correct my address whoch was their mistake. I mean it 5 hours. Now this . Im tired.

The installer said he was sorry but they didn’t have it in stock so they just used the cheapest piece of junk they had on hand. I complained to the salesman but I didn’t get the correct model nor a refund.

Waste of money it’s now taking up space in my hallway closet. I ended up buying a different one that works with 16” to 24” wall studs

Costs alot but doesn't mean you get quality

Wire channels break if you remove them after install. Broke 2 of them trying to get wires through. I have installed 100's of TVs so I'm not a novice.
