It's complicated

I took it back and exchanged it. The guy let me open the substitute in the store, and that one was broken too. He put a third one on order and it arrived at my house about 4 days later. This one was undamaged. I now use it everyday. I have to say that Best Buy knows how to do good customer service. On the other hand, buying this product is like playing the lottery...

Nice case, holds a bunch of games safely.

Most cases only hold a few games this one holds 22 plus two sd cards(not micro). Not neccesary but if you have multiple systems this case is just that much better. Nice, sleek look. Seems durable.
