Broken on arrival and left with it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sorry to say, this item was damaged on arrival, we were unsure how bad it was until it was fully assembled, the damage was right on the front and compromised the cabinet door. Requested a return and product is unable to ship back without major issues because you screw things into the boards making them unstackable. customer service said they would send the geek squad to replace and remove the broken one. Geek Squad is charging me 150.00$ to come to assemble the new one only and leave the broken one in my living room. 1st and last purchase from best buy unless they make this right. I am disabled and cannot even lift the item let alone carry it back to the store.
