I was visiting Europe for a business trip this past summer and to my surprise the adapter did not work during my first test trial with it. That’s a complete disappointment. I had to buy a new European adapter. $25 down the drain. When I came back from Europe, I was already past my return period. Best Buy did nothing.

Since I was going to Egypt I thought it would work because Egypt is in Africa but it did not. I was traveling for 16 days out of the country.
