only bad thing it is not ready to use right out of the box , got it all set up but the monitor would not work properly , come to find out it does need to have a cable connection to power it up ,

Works great for Playstation 4! I connected my PS4 to my older Sony VPL-ES2 projector, and this converter cable worked great! Completely plug-n play. I just connected the converter cable's (provided) 5V power cable to the PS4 hdmi port, and boom! I saw a picture on my projector from my PS4, for the first time! (I did not try the 3.5mm stereo audio connector, as I am running the optical (Toslink) cable to my 7.1 receiver to listen in Dolby surround sound- but I'm sure the Tendak audio would work fine). My projector display is set to 1080i, (as that is the display-limit of my projector), and the picture looks great. If you need to connect a PS4, buy with confidence, without breaking the bank!

Works perfect for my needs. I'm using a monitor to display the video from my Raspberry PI that uses a HDMI output. The older monitor I'm using doesn't have a HDMI port. The adapter does everything I need it to do.

This is a great product for the price, however, I wish it had come with a small instruction slip to explain a few of it's limitations. I had to return this, because it did not connect to the screen I wanted it to connect to.

I had an old monitor that didn't have hdmi out and my computer needed to be hdmi, so this allowed me to connect my monitor to my computer without having to buy a new monitor

Doing its job so far. Got it to hook a laptop up to a bigger monitor screen to make it easier to see the screen during homeschooling. Would recommend.

Bought this to use with the new AOC monitors I got at the same time so I can run my work laptop closed and use the dual AOC's. Simple, Easy, works like a charm. Also, use one of these at home with dual monitors there.

When I bought my secretary a new monitor, it only had a Display or HDMI port - no VGA port. I really didn't want to exchange the monitor because I got an amazing deal on it. This adapter saved the day at a very good price!

I love this! I have a not so great second monitor that is vga and I only have an hdmi slot so this baby right here makes it possible for me to plug in my second monitor which is vga into a hdmi port. I couldn't be any happier! 100%

My computer does not have an HDMI connectioon. So I use this adaptor and it makes moving (connect/disconnect my two monitors really easy. It could be better only if there were screw holes to prevent disconnection of the larger end of the adaptor.

I originally had an older laptop that connected to my second monitor via VGA cord, but i bought a newer laptop for work and school and it did not have the capabilities of the VGA cord. So far this cord has done a great job at connecting my laptop to the second monitor.

The HDMI to VGA adapter is great everyone wants to extend the capabilities of the HDMI for a laptop. It’s great when one is presenting at a meeting

This adapter enabled me to project Power Point slides from my computer to our older projector at church. It would have been impossible without the adapter due to an absence of VGA connections on most new computers.

Bought a new computer, my monitor is an older one without the new socket to connect to the computer. This was just what I needed to avoid buying a new monitor to replace one that is still fine.

Honestly not much to say. It does exactly what it says. I used to connect to an old projector with no HDMI input and it worked perfectly. I can say what quality it support but i will say it looked great on a 720p projector

I purchased this for my daughter because her laptop doesn't have VGA port and she need it to use on campus for presentations. I works perfectly. Now she can even use her laptop with the monitors we already have at home.

For some reason, connecting my older VGA monitor to the VGA port on my docking station did not work. However it works it works perfectly using this adapter connected to the HDMI port.

I will admit I was skeptical at first but this inexpensive adapter has worked well. The only thing that you will notice is a little lag when using it with three monitors. I can't seem to get rid of it but it is still a functional adapter.

This adapter was exactly what we needed in order to run our projector on our new computer. The associate who helped me knew exactly what I needed in order to vet our church computer and projectors up and running.
