Had an older projector and the cables did not fit my new laptop. went to best buy they recommended this adapter with another cable Projector works great

thus was a necessity for using a projector with the blue prong cord and my laptop had no prong area....forgive my language - I believe you get the pint :-)

I feel that it is too expensive considering that you can’t secure the VGA side. Normally should have a kind of threaded pins to attach the VGA side to the monitor and maintain the cable connected.

Great value. Wanted to make use of my existing monitor with the new PC I purchased and saw this adapter. Good price point and have had no issues thus far.

Does the job. Just be reminded hat hdmi adapters need a power source, so you'll. We'd a micro-USB cable (android phone charger) to power this adapter.

I mistakenly thought this product had different connections at the ends, so it unfortunately did not fit my needs. However, I am sure for the right application it would work perfectly.

This is only a option for connecting Samsung Tab S2 to a VGA projector. U have to purchase micro-hdmi to hdmi also, when connecting S2 to vga projector.

Used this device to hook old monitor with only VGA input to new HP pc with HDMI or USB but no VGA output. Worked very well with no installation problems.

This cord allowed me to connect my older monitor to my brand new PC so that I could have dual monitors. It was exactly what I needed and easy to use.

This is one of those items that either works or doesn`t. This works. Plug a VGA cable into it then plug the HDMI end into an HDMI port in computer.

It fit lose with my VGA cable so my monitor would turn off in the middle of whatever I was doing. Not sure if it was my cable or this adapter. Not worth the price I paid over $30.

This is exactly what we were looking for! Easy to hook up and I can place tv on it to give it more height. I can hear the tv now with great clarity.
