I love this! I have a not so great second monitor that is vga and I only have an hdmi slot so this baby right here makes it possible for me to plug in my second monitor which is vga into a hdmi port. I couldn't be any happier! 100%

This adapter enabled me to project Power Point slides from my computer to our older projector at church. It would have been impossible without the adapter due to an absence of VGA connections on most new computers.

I will admit I was skeptical at first but this inexpensive adapter has worked well. The only thing that you will notice is a little lag when using it with three monitors. I can't seem to get rid of it but it is still a functional adapter.

I originally had an older laptop that connected to my second monitor via VGA cord, but i bought a newer laptop for work and school and it did not have the capabilities of the VGA cord. So far this cord has done a great job at connecting my laptop to the second monitor.

I needed this connector to be able to present at a college that had not upgrade to HDMI yet. This connector is handy, easy to use and gives me the flexibility to connect to VGA when I need to.

Obviously...... a chain is only as strong as the weakest link. So you can't expect HDMI quality picture out of VGA. It allowed us to use an old projector with a newer laptop. Worked great.

We have an old overhead projector, that still works great, at church and needed a way to hook it up to a new laptop and this was the perfect solution.

This adapter was exactly what we needed in order to run our projector on our new computer. The associate who helped me knew exactly what I needed in order to vet our church computer and projectors up and running.

I purchased this for my daughter because her laptop doesn't have VGA port and she need it to use on campus for presentations. I works perfectly. Now she can even use her laptop with the monitors we already have at home.

We have a projector with HDMI and VGA inputs. The Apple TV is already dedicated to the HDMI and the new Dell Laptop only has HDMI out so this adapter has served us well for usage of the laptop on the VGA port

This adapter works great, I just wish someone had told me that I was going to need it before I left the store and went home to set up the new computer...it would have saved me almost an hour round trip back to get one.

This adapter successfully allowed a monitor with only Display Port and USB C to an HDMI port in a PC. It doesn't have the same lock or securing mechanism like Display Port, Ethernet, VGA cables, etc.

Used to connect an older VGA-only LCD to my new graphics card. Combine with “Insignia™ - 6' HDDB15 Male-to-Male PC Monitor Cable - Black” to replace the old warn monitor cables with good results.

This product worked excellent! It was cost effective and it worked very well I had no problems, I used it to connect my Mac Pro to an older projector that I had not used in a while. It worked perfectly.

Product worked as soon as I plugged it in. Order a similar product from another company and still have not gotten that product to work yet. . Thanks Best Buy for having this product in stock when I needed it

Trying to solve a problem and ordering parts from amazon is not always the right answer. Sometimes you have to go to a physical store. This worked perfectly right out of the box!

This was a required purchase in order to complete the connection between my laptop and the monitor I purchased. I have had no issues whatsoever. It continues to serve its function as intended.

Needing the ability to convert HDMI to SVGA this purchase was made. Connecting HDMI to Dell PC and SVGA to audio visual projector. Dell PC recognized HDMI Adapter and projector monitor output through HDMI to SVGA without any issues.

I have an older extra monitor that I used with my previous laptop. I bought a new laptop that only has an HDMI port for an extra monitor. This adapter allows me to connect a VGA cord to the HDMI port. The VGA monitor works fine with this arrangement.

I give numerous presentations to different groups in multiple locations, and I prefer to use my laptop rather than what they have available. The cord stays in my travel bag out of the way until needed. Has worked excellently!
