Bought this to use with our old Epson projector. The new laptops do not have SVGA ports. Only HDMI. This adapter was an easy way to keep using the projector at our off site meetings and not have to replace it just yet.

Great little adapter. I say "little" as the cord is too short. Needs to be another 3 inches to make it easier to position without worrying about sharp bends.

Bought one similar at walmart and it failed me miserably. So i bought this one from Best Buy... It was a lifesaver. Connected to my laptop and projector with no errors, and is still working flawlessly!

I have an old monitor and a new laptop with no vga inputs (hard to find laptops that have them now). This simple low-priced adaptor allowed me to salvage the old monitor. Takes up very little room.

Easy to connect, but I wish I could screw the monitor cable to the VGA connection to keep them together. With moving things on my desk, I find I have to reconnect the cables a couple times a week.

For the work at home 'order', I just needed an adapter to plug in to an older monitor (with a VGA plug), so I could have a second monitor while working. Works well!

This Insignia adapter does exactly what it says that it will do. I purchased it so that I could attach a monitor to my laptop. I am thrilled with this product!

This works great for extending my desktop on my laptop to an additional monitor. Plug and play with no issues. Only thing I hate is there are no screw holes to make a good solid connection. I have already had the adapter pull off the VGA cable

Bought a second monitor and soon after realized I didn't have a VGA port but did have an HDMI. Went home with this, plugged it in, and had the second monitor on within a minute. Couldn't have been easier.
