We returned this product because it did not include the power cable that we would have needed for our application. We were better off ordering online an getting something that provided everything we needed.

It was either buy this adapter or buy a new computer monitor as the existing plug wouldn't work with my laptop docking station. I think it was a bit pricy for what it is bit cheaper than a monitor.

I have needed an adapter for a long time; as a result I haven't been able to use my additional monitor. I was very happy when I found out Best Buy had what I needed.

I am using this successfully for connecting to a 14 year-old monitor through the HDMI port. However, the plug and play functionality does not work through the adapter.

I purchased this so I could connect my DEX system to my current desktop monitor. It would connect to the monitor and DEX correctly. just ended up using the tv since this didn't work.

I finally got what I needed to complete the installation of my DVD player. My husband was excited when I told him that we needed to get the attachment cord from BB.

Sales person new his inventory and was excellent at advising me in the item I needed to enable my newer Lap Top to work with older equipment, ie video projector. .

The VGA receptacle has no screw-in points making the connection highly unstable. It works, but every so often my monitor starts flashing if the adapter gets bumped at all.

Tried using with XBox One and 24” LED monitor, no display output. HDMI works fine for XBox One on any other TV or monitor. Disappointing.

I tried to use this with my laptop and a 22 inch monitor. Everything seemed to fit snug, but on screens with a lot of white, there was flicker. Ended up exchanging it for the J5 create at Best Buy.

It works well for me. It is annoying that I had to procure a cable to keep it plugged into the USB port at the same time, and you'll need to remember to get one, but other than that no issues.

I purchased the adapter to convert my vga to hdmi. It is working as intended. Just an fyi, this is only a plug in adapter. You cannot screw the ends together.

THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH THE ADAPTOR. THE VIDEO IS CRISP AND CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE NEEDING ADAPTER FROM HDMI TO VGA ON THE MONITOR.

Hook product to two tvs and it did not work at all. Was connected as instructions. Maybe that's why it was an open box will be returning it..

I worked on Dell laptop and wanted to get more visibility for webdesign. Connecting to a larger screen definitely increased visibility and productivity.

Tried to use this cable to connect an old VGA monitor to a new iMac but the computer wouldn't recognize the connection. if you have an older machine it should work just fine.

Works well but some Win 10 upgraded machines may have issues caused by Win 10 and not the product itself. I purchased 5 and all worked as expected.

My work requires me to do a lot of file and drawing reviews and needed this to operate 2 monitors that would allow me to view 2 files at one time.

adequate, a little wonky - touch it wrong and you lose everything but red. I put it in spares and replaced with a proper hdmi to dvi-d which works great
