In fairness, I'll add that when I bought it, it was the only one on the shelf & in a beaten up box. I wonder if it had been previously purchased & returned. At any rate, I returned it. (I did get a different Insignia model a couple of months later & it worked fine.)

I also thought it was a little bulky, but still fits into our projector case - so no harm there.
