My son got a new tower but still wanted to use same monitor - the newer tower didn’t accept the old way with the VGA hookup- but now thru HDMI port the adapter made it easy

Easy to Use adapter. Reason for 4/5 is that most VGA cords have screws on the sides of the prongs to secure the cord in place. This adapter does not allow for the securing screws to be used. This doesn't affect functionality.

Used to connect my external monitor, works well so far, if anything the length could have been longer but not a major issue

This HDMI/VGA adapter worked perfectly the moment I plugged it in. The picture on my second monitor is as crisp as the monitor allows. I would definitely recommend this product over more expensive competitors.

Purchased this to hookup with an older projecter. The picture comes out great. Perfect for movies outside during summer. Easy to use and connect.

This adapter is great when you have a legacy monitor with a VGA connector and you need to connect it to a laptop which in general use an hdmi connector

Surpassingly good adapter. Had to use it for dvi to hdmi to hdmi to display port. The other cord caused flickering but this one took away the flickering. I was pretty impressed!

With today's laptops not have the traditional VGA pin connector this is a must have connection to an external projector. Competitively priced and so far so good. Need one for office and travel.

Works just as promised. HDMI out to VGA display. This is installed on an older PC with onboard VGA, added a new card to it and successfully used this to add an older VGA monitor for a now dual-screen setup

Bought a few of these to connect to new Dell Workstations that only had Display Port and HDMI Connections. We didn't replace the monitors which were VGA only. This worked great.

vga output of computer quit. Since computer also has hdmi port we were able with the help of Best Buy to find an hdmi to vga convertor cable. Work great!

I bought this for old LCD which does not have s HDMI. The product is easy-to-use with a reasonable price.

I have had no problems with this unit. It does exactly what it says it will do. I particularly like the ability to turn on or off individual units. This allows me to have more than one controller connected but only use the one switched on.
