Replacement icemaker was even noisier and leaked water into the ice cube tray. Am trying to get my refund processed, which is its own special hassle.

The selivery people have come to my home TWICE with the wrong model. 2 more weeks until my next delivery is scheduled and I certainly hope it's right! I will repoat once I get to actually try my new product!

Avoid this poor product

We just ran out of patience to deal with trying to endure the ordeal going for a 4th (all within warranty period). We extracted the ice maker and bought a counter-top unit that actually produces ice like one would expect from an ice maker. Only reason for 2-star rating on value (rather than 1) was that we only wasted $69.95. Please avoid this unit.
