Avoid this poor product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our 3rd iteration of this ice maker is just as bad as the first two. We just ran out of patience to deal with trying to endure the ordeal going for a 4th (all within warranty period). We extracted the ice maker and bought a counter-top unit that actually produces ice like one would expect from an ice maker. Only reason for 2-star rating on value (rather than 1) was that we only wasted $69.95. Please avoid this unit.
