Picked it up at the Best Buy near home. At roadside, my wife and I in Masks (Im 84 years old and fearful of the virus,) I lowered the window and the employee handed it in retreating rapidly. I let the item sit for a week. After opening and assembling i went to adjust it and the antenna broke at the stem. I called customer service, after a wait I spoke to a gentleman who told me to take it back to the store. I said " No Way" .. He told me to hold on and after a while I was cut off. I chalked it up as a loss.

It meets the bare minimum requirements. We continue to use it, but would certainly not depend on it for consistent use. It's better to spend a few more dollars for a higher quality product.

Poorly made, fell apart
