However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. (Can't stand to read ALL news from handheld tech) Made this purchase in order to get a few stations while waiting for cable repairman. The device worked like a charm.

Also the channels that do come in end up not staying clear. Have tried moving the antennae but nothing seems to improve the reception.
