Upside: It's done a great job keeping my laptop protected when I use a backpack, and it's professional-looking enough to stand alone for a business meeting. Downside: Outer pocket is a tad small for anything other than slim notebooks and pens. Looks too bulky if you put the battery charger in it. Still worth the discount price.
