I use it as an extra layer of protection when transporting my laptop in my backpack. Unfortunately, after about a month the zipper broke and then seam on the zipper started to separate as well. I can still use it for my purpose since I carry it in a backpack, but I wouldn't want to use it as the primary method of carrying my laptop.
