It is really a waste of a laptop carrying case for just one laptop. And the pocket space for battery pack and the cord is nice and roomy enough to fit a larger size battery too.

Just what I needed

It comes with a foam insert to keep it's shape on the shelf, but I left that inside to cushion my computer. My only request would be one small pocket inside the bag for a pen, keys, etc.
