Needed it for a work issued laptop and didn't want to spend a lot of money on one. Doesn't take up much space in a bag and has a good sized pocket for cords, accessories, etc.

You can call them any time, as much as you need, they can do most repairs over the phone, they're pleasant, and even helped me set up my new computer (including switching information from my old MacBook to my new one). I recommend Mac's to everyone. I had trouble with Best Buy's Geek Squad helping me; wouldn't help with setting up my new MacBook, said I could get help for $40 a class. I didn't renew my Geek Squad membership this year. It's sad because I've had that membership for years and they used to be great.

It is on the small side, and it does not have much padding. It does the job for a quick trip. I would still be careful because it probably would not be very protected.
