The only issue is I cannot change the battery to continue using it. The directions say to turn the back cover with a coin, but it does not budge. The groove for the coin has become deformed at this point from me trying to turn the cover so many times, and I still haven’t managed to open the tag for a battery change. It’d be a 5-star product if you could actually change the battery.

If i had read a little more about this Insignia product i would have realized it was not designed for what i wanted. I ended up returning the product.
