Not sure if others suffer this, but the remote will sometimes freeze and hang on the opposite side that you're using. Very easy to use. Buttons located comfortably.

I honestly just bought this so I wouldn't have to use the joystick to cycle through the keyboard letters... that's the only thing useful for me. It's not anything special by any means.

It is very handy when your not playing any games, so, just set back relax and let the remote do the works for you. Great for watching any movies...

The remote works well for the Xbox with the occasional situation where the native buttons (XYAB) would be useful to have. Otherwise great product.

I bought this over the chat pad and don't regret it. The 2.4ghz key board works great the ir remote needs some usb extensions for reliability.

The remote works great and make it so much easier for my wife and kids to use the Xbox as a media center. It does your require you to plug an adapter (included) into the usb port.

Only works as a remote. The keyboard is awkward to hold and use, and doesn't input to my new Xbox One. Pretty much a waste of money.

This remote is great! It's responsive and has a nice keyboard on the back that makes typing a lot easier when using Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Great remote with keyboard in back and touch sensitivity that turn on button light but mayb too sensitive that it was battery faster.

It was not the most ergonomic. Good idea, just not great execution. Wound up returning it for the smaller media remote.

Got this on sale from BB web site, it's a good remote but glitchy, it doesn't always respond and I still can't get the keyboard to work, will keep trying

Works great, exactly as advertised. The only flaw is it goes through batteries fast.that's the reason for only giving it 4 stars

This has been a great purchase. I do not like to use the Xbox One controller for watching Netflix and such, this was the perfect solution. I paired this with a IR blaster that connects from the Xbox one to the TV. Now I can control the volume as well as turning on both the Xbox and the TV with juts one press of a button. The keyboard on the back is excellent for searching as it saves time.

It has helped a lot when using the Xbox for streaming. Searching and texting is much easier with the keyboard also.

was looking for a remote for my Xbox One and saw this one in store. Went home and looked it up and was impressed with what I read. Went back to the store and it was sold out. Finally bought one a couple weeks later and it works great. operates Xbox well, love the keyboard and fact that the buttons light up.. Out of all the remotes I've seen for the Xbox One I would rate this the best.

This remote is great for using your Xbox One as a media center. Keyboard on the back enables you to use the Internet and type info into your Xbox without all the hassle of a controller. All buttons light up for use while watching a movie in the dark. USB dongle plugs into the side of the XBOXONE and it's instantly set up and working. Got it on sale and made the value even better.

Only issue I have with remote is I'm not able to put my password in for Xbox live. Otherwise it's a good remote
