    The remote itself is sturdy and works well as long as you’re pointing it directly at the Series X. In the age of fire stick remotes it takes some getting use to that you have to actually be old school with this remote and make sure you’re pointing it right at the Xbox. But otherwise, it’s good for the $15 price.

    Not nearly as good as the Sony PS5 remote. You must be line of sight and have this pointing directly at the Xbox for it to work. That is very inconvenient.

    Does what it is designed to do but it is an infrared remote. If you don’t have line of sight it doesn’t work. Unfortunately my Xbox is in a media cabinet, so I have to open the cabinet door to use the remote.

    The remote feels and look fine, but it doesn’t do exactly what it’s supposed to. The directions were not clear either. It works to navigate while streaming movies and sports, but it won’t go in and out of apps and menus. For the price it’s fine, but not too much better than just using the Xbox controller.

    A decent quality media remote for the price. Just the barebones functionality on it, nothing extraordinary but that suits me just fine as I’m not one who usually makes use of those features. Set up was nonexistent as it was ready to use with both my Xbox One and Series X respectively. Would recommend definitely
