Poor quality, extremely thin paper

I purchase paper all the time for my printer and usually can't tell much difference between Epson, HP and others. In fact, I think I've even purchased Insignia in the past and it was fine. But I guess they're trying to cut costs, because Insignia now makes the cheapest, poorest quality, thinnest paper ever! Just terrible.
