Not packaged well

With covid-19 this was concerning I called the store but I would have to bring back for exchange and I didn't want to risk being exposed possibly to Covid -19 so I just set it aside for a week!!

The plastic that is around the paper was tore off and all the paper is bent. Not happy, but I guess I paid for some scrap paper. Might want to rethink that packaging that the products are sent in.

Both of the reams were open. So I have no idea if I actually received 500 pages in each ream. Also I cannot get though via Chat or the 800 number to customer service to resolve the issue.
