Right now. There is nothing better than being able to go to your local Best Buy and get the supplies you need without having to wait for a delivery after ordering online. I would say that the quality is at least equal to, or slightly better than your online bulk ordered bambu labs and sunlu products. The main difference is the cardboard spool, but that is probably helping keep costs down. I will always buy bulk online, but now I have options for fast and convenient small batch printing too.

I'm not really putting down the filament. It worked as expected, had great color and the person was very happy. But for a no name brand of filament they are charging just as much as name brands I would recommed if you are in a pinch to get something done.

Great Cheap Filament

Using with Bambu slicer and P2S as generic PLA, the default print settings worked good with no problem. Not a big fan of the spool being made of cardboard, would rather have these be refill spools and print my own, but for the price it's not a big deal.

It went straight from the well packaged box to the printer and my print was error free and quick. I think the filament even has a tag that my Bambu Labs printer was able to read indicating color and type, nice bonus feature. For the price, I’d definitely buy again.

I've purchased a few rolls in the past 3 weeks and I haven't had any issues whatsoever, very great material and the price is just at a great margin. Consistent Diameter: Measured multiple spots with calipers and it stays true to the 1.75mm spec, preventing extruder jams. Vibrant Finish: The purple is deeply pigmented with a nice glossy finish straight off the printer. Well-Packaged: Arrived tightly vacuum-sealed with a desiccant pack, ensuring the filament was perfectly dry out of the box. Cons: Basic Spool Design: The plastic spool doesn't have as many tie-off holes as premium brands, making it slightly annoying to secure the loose end between prints. Detailed Review: I have cycled through several brands of PLA, and this Insignia 1.75mm purple filament surprised me with how reliably it performs. I loaded it up for a series of functional parts and a few desk accessories, printing at 205°C with a 60°C bed temperature. The extrusion was buttery smooth from the first layer to the last. One of the biggest issues with budget-friendly PLA can be stringing or inconsistent moisture levels straight from the factory, but I experienced zero popping, zits, or clogs during a 14-hour continuous print. The color saturation is fantastic—it yields a rich, vibrant purple that stands out without looking washed out or translucent in thinner walls. For the price point, this is a highly dependable everyday filament. Whether you are dialing in a new printer or just needing a reliable spool for rapid prototyping, this Insignia PLA absolutely gets the job done. I will definitely be keeping a spool of this in my regular rotation.
