It’s a good battery it keeps my games going don’t have to charge that often

Had one on hold at Target, they sold it out from under us as per usual, Best buy didn't let us down we reserved one picked it up curbside no problem. The item is beyond anything we could have asked for.

Bought this a long time ago and the battery worked just as intended, unfortunately about 2 months ago it ceased to charge and died but believe me it was under very heavy use since I have 2 siblings that were sharing a single controller for most of the year. I don't expect a 15$ charger to last for years and this one got the job done. I'm sure I would've had to spend much more money on AA batteries in that time, not bad at all for 15$.

Bought this to use on my rechargeable dock due to being the same company. The cord was just a bonus to be able to additionally charge while I play. Battery still works great and is a life saver from using traditional batteries.

Great way to save money on batteries. It does exactly what you want it to do, my only issue is the battery never displays at fully charged even though it is. But for $14.99 I can't complain. Overall it's easy to recommend this product.

Other name brands kind of rip you off with their prices. This same battery and USB-C kit is twice as much if you go name brand.

A great buy if you wanna save a few dollars. Usb cable is long, but not cheap feeling,& the battery pack definitely lasts.

Got this for my Series X controller as I'd been getting through a lot of AA batteries. Compared to the disposable AA Procells I'd been using, this doesn't last as long before needing charging but everyone that's not a big deal. Weight is similar to disposable AAs, it is more difficult to install in the controller, but once there shouldn't need to come back out any time soon. I use a portable battery brick and usb-c pigtail to charge it so I don't have to run a cord across the floor to my console, so didn't really need the included cord--but it's nice that it came with one, won't say no to a spare. I can't tell exactly how long it takes to charge from 0 to 100 because there's no percent indicator anywhere in the system and I haven't run it totally dead anyway, that's bad for this type of battery, but I'll say charge time seems neither particularly fast nor super slow. You want to try to keep it topped off between 30ish and 80ish percent anyway, and if you do that you won't have it charging for any super long stretches. For my use as a frequent but casual gamer, I expect this battery pack to pay for itself in about 9 or 10 months compared to the disposable batteries I was using and it of course creates much less environmental waste. Time will tell how long it lasts before noticeably losing capacity. It's a bunch cheaper than the Microsoft branded ones and is actually in stock so I've got no complaints overall.

Needed a new charger found this one to work with Xbox

I wanted the official chargers for both consoles but with so many people selling new stuff for way more money and buying them all out I went with this. And I haven’t had any real issues with it.

Can’t leave without it! If you own a Xbox, don’t forget to buy it. It will save you some money on batteries.

These are the best rechargeable batteries for the new Xbox controllers. They are flush to the controller and use original controller battery cover. No need to take them out to charge, simply connect cable directly to controller

What an excellent value for a rechargeable battery pack. The battery fits inside the Xbox rear compartment with no issues. The cable is nice lengthy. I could not ask for more. Thank you, Best Buy!

Works as intended and I have no issues. After seeing that there was a cheaper alternative than Microsoft’s play and charge kit, I knew I had to get it. Any down sides you ask? Not really.

Device works very well and charge lasts quite a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it fits inside the standard battery door instead of coming with a new one like my old Xbox One charger did. My only issue with this device is that it doesn't show that the controller is charging on the Xbox menus. This is probably due to the 3rd party tech not quite meshing with the Xbox software. Overall good purchase though!

works identical to the OEM product, and really like it compared to other aftermarket units due to being able to still charge with the default port instead of a separate one on the battery door.
