    I have been using this on my xbox series x controller I purchased to play some games on pc. If it's not plugged in with the usb-c cord it will turn off or disconnect for 3-5 seconds.

    This makes a buzzing sound when playing and chsrgjng. It is annoying to party members although I can’t hear it, they can through voice chat.

    Bought this for a new Xbox controller I use on PC. Put the battery in the controller, plug in the USB cable and wait. Eventually I unplug it and after about ten minutes my controller disconnected. I press the Xbox button to pull up the widget and it shows this battery is dead. I plugged it in overnight and the same thing happened. It seems the battery is completely and totally defective.

    The box says that it can be used with xbox one controllers however the plug in and the battery didn't match my xbox one controller.

    Cable Connectivity Failures Frustrate

    To be blunt, the cable is terrible. It doesn't maintain connectivity and touching the cable at all may disrupt it. It took me a bit to determine the cable was actually the problem and not something else. Combine that with Best Buy's no returns after 15 days policy and you have a waste of money. Cheap garbage.

    Garbage NiCd battery - skip it and get the origina

    Battery came packed loose in the cable coil/bubble bag. Box did not appear to have been opened before. Immediately noticed it doesnt seem to hold charge. Get maybe an hour max out of it before dead, over several charge/discharge cycles. Spend the extra and get the genuine battery from Microsoft.

    Battery stopped charging after barely months of use. One day the battery just stopped charging and no matter how long I charged it as soon as I disconnected the cable the controller would shut off as if the battery was dead. 0/10 would not recommend, buy Duracell instead.

    Horrible batteries. They only lasted around 2 weeks. After that, the charge would only hold for 10 minutes before asking to be recharged again. I could not leave the controlled plugged in because it would turn off, even though it was plugged in. Do not waste your money on this. save a little more and buy the official xbox battery.

    These batteries do not hold a charge. I bought a new Xbox series x controller and 2 of these batteries. I’ve tried charging with different cables, different USB ports etc. Read other reviews online. This is a common problem for these batteries. Buyer beware. Maybe you are luckier than I am but I got 2 duds!!
