It worked ok while in the wide open spaces, but as soon as I went to concession stands or the bathroom, all I got was static. I also got some static when using the radio while walking on the sidewalk. Also, setting up the presets were not difficult, but annoying. I would have to scan each station, then if I accidentally chose the wrong preset, I'd have to start scanning from the beginning again.

Signal is very weak and sporadic during my runs. Only one station can be heard at all, and less than half the time. Radio lacks a DX distance booster as on Sony Sport Walkman, no longer made. I left my Sony in California and hoped this would be a replacement, but it is virtually useless. Not recommended except in major cities, maybe.
