I’ve been using ice trays or going without for 20yrs (since my ice maker in fridge broke). The ice pieces are fab and turning me into an ice chewe. Ha! Great for a single person. Can’t wait for warmer temps and summer cocktails! I do wish there was a little scooper holder on the outside. Definitely not a deal breaker.

It makes ice in 6 to 13 minutes and keeps the bin full. I pull and put extra ice in my freezer. It makes 2 sizes of barrel shape ice. My family loves it!!

This thing functions nicely and does exactly what it supposed to make great ice. I recommend filling it up with purified water and it makes ice quickly and keeps it cold and stored all the time so you always have ice ready.

The first ice maker was replaced under Best Buy insurance. The second machine would register low on water when it was not. Buy the warranty

Be warned: they have a lifespan of about 2 years. My second one is now leaking water from the bottom. It makes ice fairly quickly, but it is a little difficult to clean. Won't purchase again.
