It takes about three to four hours to fill a freezer ice bin (10x14x5) and it has worked since we bought it (twice a week for 5 weeks). Cleaning is easy and so is making the ice.

Does what it suppose to do but i would definitely recommend buy the warranty. It tends to go out after a year. This is my third purchase since its very inexpensive and hardly any maintenance

I’ve been using ice trays or going without for 20yrs (since my ice maker in fridge broke). The ice pieces are fab and turning me into an ice chewe. Ha! Great for a single person. Can’t wait for warmer temps and summer cocktails! I do wish there was a little scooper holder on the outside. Definitely not a deal breaker.

This works amazing. Only makes 9 cubes at a time but quick. Before you know it the basket is full and enough to make several drinks. Great investment and never had an issue. Lastly, very compact.

Within a few minutes of pluggin in its dropping ice. Doesnt keep ice cold so you have to take it out and freeze it separatly if you want to save it. Kinda hard to clean

They all failed miserably in the first 3-6 months. - This one works faster and has larger storage. I added the extended warranty just in case but so far Insignia products beat "other" big brand names hands down. Looking forward to more Insignia products in my home.
