Good little ice maker

Reasonable priced. Four stars only as i wish they had an insulated bin. Or at least a container you close up and put in the freezer and use a second one for more ice.

Great Ice Maker

The probe took an extended period of time to warm up before the next cycle could start, now that has been change to an eye sensor. Ice blocks the eye and the cycle stops but when it is cleared the next cycle starts immediately. It is a little noisier than i would like it to be.

It would be nice to have a way to keep the ice freezing after it’s made, but i just move it to the freezer if we are having a need for lots of ice.

It will be great for any gatherings that need lots of ice. I also used it for my cooler as I had to keep ice in it to keep a few items cold from refridgerator that wasnt working.

I love that you can choose two different ice sizes and both sizes can easily fit into most water bottles. Plus I know the water I'm adding is filtered.

My only complaint is that after the ice dumps, you need to take it out - transfer it to a plastic freezer bag and store it in your freezer... if you don’t- then it will melt and start all over again with making the ice from the melted cubes... outside of that, I Love It....

It was easy to set up and get going and made ice fairly quick. You have to empty the ice a few times in order to get “clean ice” but other than that the only minor issue is that it’s a little loud but if you’re in another room with the door closed you can’t hear it.
