Love it! Easy to use, makes soft ice, fairly quickly.

I actually really like the shape it produces with the ice but sometimes its really loud when making the ice. Obviously its an ice maker its bound to be noisy at some points but thats the biggest complaint

For what is is and what it’s for, this little ice maker gets a solid ‘B’. It makes ice pretty quickly, bough the first 2-3 groups you should just dump back into water tank. It takes a few group of cubes to get fully shaped ones. Definitely do large size. These cubes melt faster. But the ice is a nice texture and machine does all the work.

My fridge has an automatic ice maker but I hate the giant ice cubes and I always worry about the cleanliness so I bought this and couldn't be happier. I love that you can choose two different ice sizes and both sizes can easily fit into most water bottles. Plus I know the water I'm adding is filtered.

I have learned to love this ice maker it makes that crunchy ice she like to chew and it makes I so fast it could be a little bigger but then it would take up more space

I love my ice maker. It is convenient. Was no installation. It makes ice super fast in yoir chose of 2 sizes. I recommended this model and in red it matches my kitchen!

Got this for my mom. It was easy to set up and get going and made ice fairly quick. You have to empty the ice a few times in order to get “clean ice” but other than that the only minor issue is that it’s a little loud but if you’re in another room with the door closed you can’t hear it.

Earlier models used a temperature probe to determine when the ice bin was full. The probe took an extended period of time to warm up before the next cycle could start, now that has been change to an eye sensor. Ice blocks the eye and the cycle stops but when it is cleared the next cycle starts immediately. It is a little noisier than i would like it to be.

I’ve had the product for little over 2 months now and it’s still working great. Produces a good amount of ice in rather little amount of time. Also loved the color reminds me of a Tiffany blue.

works pretty good. makes decent ice for a little extra when company is over. cant keep up with daily use tho. we go through 3 times as much ice than it holds. have to put ice in freezer as it makes it.

Following the instructions, I just plugged it in, added water and I was getting ice!!! My only complaint is that after the ice dumps, you need to take it out - transfer it to a plastic freezer bag and store it in your freezer... if you don’t- then it will melt and start all over again with making the ice from the melted cubes... outside of that, I Love It....

We love it. It makes ice quickly. About 5 minutes from powering on, you'll have some ice. The color is a nice accent piece for the counter as well.

Awesome product. I recently had knee replacement surgery and bought a cryotherapy machine. It goes through about 30 pounds of ice per day. This machine paid for itself in 8 days. Works great, shuts off if it gets full. I can't believe how fast this thing makes ice. I highly recommend it. I Haven't got the first electric bill though.. LOL

Absolutely the best game changer. Never out of ice

Makes ice very quickly. Downside is that the ice is not super cold so melts fast in a drink. Would be nice to have a setting to freeze longer. Also important to know that it doesn't keep the ice frozen - you have to use it or move it to a freezer.
