It makes ice. I like the texture of the ice it makes. I've been drinking more water since I've had it. Who knew ice made such a difference? I docked a star because I ordered online so when I picked it up the box was crushed. I notified the clerk and she rolled her eyes and said "it should be fine. If it doesn't work... I guess bring it back." It has a dent in it. For what I paid for it, I would expect it in better condition. But it works. We kept it because I'd rather not deal with someone with an attitude like that.

Very useful and convenient. Makes first batch of ice in 8 minutes and plenty of ice within 20 minutes.

This little dynamo is a whirlwind of ice making. It works well. I eat ice a LOT. This works well for a family of 5. It's well worth the money.

Had this a month now and it works great for our lifestyle. We live full time in a RV and have used this more than the ice makers in the refrigerator we had. Always the right size ice and using bottled water it is clean and tastes great. Use it in smoothies and drinks.

Small just right for your office or dorm room. Got this for my son for college, he loves to drink everything on ice lol!

Has proven to be a dependable and powerful little unit. The only downside is the necessity to continually monitor it while it runs to be able to empty the basket and transfer the ice to storage... but other than that this unit is completely self-contained and DELIVERS a lot of ice.

Replacement icemaker for one that failed. Smaller footprint with same size cubes and works just as fast. Keep hands out of the fridge.

This little machine makes nice ice cubes. The process is a little slow, and the ice cubes are not huge. But it's reliable, quiet and really pleasant. My family and I like it a lot. We're glad we bought it.

Do not push against anything the machine needs to have room to breathe. Overall happy with this purchase. Works quickly and easy to clean.

This thing makes perfect little round pieces of ice quickly! It has 2 different setting for 2 different sizes of ice pieces. Theyre shaped kind of like bells. I absolutely love it and had previously bought my mom one as a mothers day gift but in the silver color.

The ice machine makes the soft ice cubes which is the perfect ice to chomp on. I love it. The ice is made super quick too. Love this purchase

I’ve had this ice maker about a year and use it almost daily. It works so well. It’s easy to fill and clean as needed.

Makes plenty of ice in a relatively short amount of time. We were having issues trying to keep up with our ice demands from the fridge and ice trays we’re taking to long. This fills the gap and now we have no issues.

This was a perfect replacement for our broken ice maker in our fridge. Makes ice in about 5-6 mins, and keeps going until the tray fills up. Then I load the ice into the ice dispenser in the fridge, and we all get on with our lives. I am so happy with this machine.

Makes plenty of ice… fast. But I wouldn’t trust leaving outside in the Florida heat. Somehow, in less than a few hours, tiny ants found their way inside … don’t need that in my ice cubes. But it’s a workhorse.

We depend on ice in our household and as long as you keep this thing filled with water you will always have ice. It cranks it out pretty quick. The door isn't insulated so it can melt pretty easily but then it will continue to make more. I wished it had more hold capacity, but overall it is solid.
