Stopped working after one year. We enjoyed it while it worked. Stuck on ‘more water needed’ light.

It’s so hot this days and my refrigerator doesn’t make ice this fast I use this ice maker all day long My kids love it

Perfect little machine just wish the ice could stay inside without melting.

This is my first-ever ice maker...and I LOVE it. I cannot imagine one working more smoothly and efficiently.

The icemaker performed very well except we had to buy a replacement unit after 2 years because the machine started leaching out rust from a mechanical portion of the motor assembly. Poor design as this should be hermetically sealed for this not to occur. $99 for two years ice was acceptable but if it weren't for my wife's eye we might have been exposed to the rust. Now we will be looking out for this flaw in the future.

Makes great ice but there's no way to clean it. I've tried everything and nothing works. Black mold gets in it and there's no way to get it out.

Nice and easy to you. I got it for his man cave and he loves it. Great buy!!

I love my ice maker! I’ve had it for about 2 months now, and it works perfectly fine.

Do not buy if you’re a sanitary person! I clean this machine regularly but I also recently noticed that the piece that pushes the ice down had a little build up on it. Upon further inspection, I can see that the area that actually forms the ice dirty and cannot be cleaned. It’s absolutely disgusting. I will no longer use this machine and definitely would not recommend to anyone I know. It is unsanitary and disgusting.

It started off very good but then the ice started to taste weird. We did clean it here and there but when we actually looked at where they hold the water at the top to make ice, there was mold and it’s very hard to reach to clean.

I purchased this to replace the exact same ice maker (ordered from best buy years ago and loved). What I received last week does NOT work properly. When the reservoir is 1/3 full, it stops making ice and the red light goes on. This never happened with my old ice maker (same make and model). No idea what the problem is, but I prematurely discarded the packaging and now have to figure out how to lug this bulky piece of equipment (without a car) back to Best Buy.

Works great so far only complaint is I wish the ice was bigger

These ice makers are junk, bought in 2022 later that year it the ice that it was making was mostly melted so i cleaned it which it didnt need long story short now the red light stays on saying that it needs water and the reservoir is full 135.00 $ for junk!

Was a great icemaker but after three months after warranty was up It failed. It Has a major design flaw. The Water return line runs by everything HOT. That weakened the water line that then leaked on the cooling fan Causing it to short out. Very dangerous.

Completely quit working after 3 months. Thankfully I purchased a protection plan even though it was still covered by the manufacturers warranty and I was able to get store credit however the only ice makers they have in stock are $300 & $400 now

Bought this for a family member and is the second time i will need to return it to the store. The ice maker does not stop making ice and causes the arm to push the ice into the bin to come off the track. It has occured twice on different machines. I believe the IR sensor that controls ice production must be defective or poor design? Sadly ill need to return this one too.
