Used for our RV but found it very practical in the home when you need a little extra ice in the summer heat. It is a challenge accessing the ice and it melts quickly in the holding tub. It is super convenient otherwise

I was also lucky enough to return it the day it was sale, so i got money back on a gift card

Bought this to make extra ice when gathering with friends and family. Makes 9 cubes in about 6-9 minutes. I collect the cubes in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer.

Time will tell, this will be our 3rd portable ice cube maker (but the first from Best Buy)
