My only concern is that the ice is a little wet when it comes out of the machine and clumps when put into the freezer. Normally easy to break apart.

Only two things: the ice is kind of small, even on the big ice setting and takes some time to get the ice.

I used to buy ice every 2 days because we like the chewy ice. Now I have enough ice for everyone in my large family!!!

Good at Ice, Difficult to clean

We unplugged and let this sit for a few days as we didnt need the extra ice and all this reddish slime developed. I thought I had done a good job cleaning it every week but there are spots in the top i cannot get to. I am seriously looking for a screw driver to try to pop the lid off so i can get inside to clean. It shouldn't be this hard.... there is also a thing under neath to take off to drain the water that i cannot get off easily, and holy crudddddd. This difficulty to clean would make me think twice about buying another one.

It makes the ice very quickly. Wish they had a side pocket or something so you can put the ice scooper in. Other than that, great buy!
