Works perfectly for our family. Our refrigerator ice maker stopped working so I bought this until we can have the other fixed. I like this ice better though so I plan on keeping it working.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this ice machine within the past year. We bought one on sale at Christmas time for our daughter and her husband since we go through a lot of ice when we visit and her fridge ice maker can’t make enough for all of us. When we got back home, we discovered that our fridge ice maker had stopped making ice so I started using ice cube trays but that gets old fast. Since this Insignia went on sale and I knew it works well from using our daughter’s, I ordered it and have been happy with it so far!

Awesome! Ice in sixteen minutes and there is two different size ice you can pick why the ice has holes in it im not sure but i think thats pretty cool (pun intended) function.

Makes 9 cubes every 4-5 mins. Cubes last a long time when put into drinks. Great product.
