It works fine, takes a bit to make ice but once its going i can make more than I need. problem is that it starts melting as soon as its made. It wouldn't have taken much to insulate the part that the ice falls into to make it last longer. Its got a thin plastic lid with no insulation. If you don't check it constantly, the ice will melt, then when you do put in in the fridge it will be all stuck together.
