I had this product for a year and 2 weeks before it died. The fan stopped working and when I checked for a warranty, it was only good for a year. This ice maker did what it was supposed to do and I thoroughly enjoyed having ice readily at my fingertips for a year. The downside, and the reason for my star review, is how difficult it was to clean the machine. All of the parts, except for the ice tray, were molded together. So when I began noticing the ice tasted weird even after I would empty the reservior and try to flush out the system, I looked closer inside the ice maker. there were stains from the water and oily residue at the upper back of the ice maker. And due to how this icemaker was made, it is virtually impossible to clean it thoroughly. I wish this product had a self-cleaning component. Sadly, I think I caused my icemaker to short-circut the fan when I tried to clean it thoroughly as the ice continued to taste odd and I continued to find black specks of inside the reservior after each cycle. I liked this product a lot, but now that I know it can't be cleaned well, I wouldn't buy it again.

Quickly and quietly makes ice. Two different size ice pellets. Purchased to take camping. Very pleased with how this unit makes enough ice to ice chest.

Just what we needed for extra ice and we can put it upstairs in our bonus room to make drinks and watch tv!

Had shoulder surgery and desperately needed an ice machine - this definitely fit the bill!!!! after 2 weeks - threw out my ice trays - Wish I would have bought this sooner!!!

I got this for my pregnant wife and she loved it! The ice doesnt get too hard so even though the "small" ice option isnt as small as nugget ice, since its soft its easy to chew and break. Def a cheaper option if you dont want to spend 600 bucks just for nugget ice. Weve had it a month with no issues so far!

My refrigerator ice maker broke, so brought this for a temporary use until I get a new refrigerator. The ice melts a lot faster than my refrigerator's ice, however it works fine.

Works great makes ice fast in 6 min I did notice some of the ice cube were kinda wet tho also makes about 2 cups and stops until you dump the basket

Amazing! Makes ice quick, I’m big ice user have to have it in every drink and this little machine keeps up with me.

Love it!!!! I have a lot of cups, the ones you see joggers with and the ones with the smaller necks, and I don’t have to struggle to break ice down to fit in my cups anymore.

This ice maker makes the best ice. I make batches and freeze in a freezer bag.

As advertised and easy to use ice maker, as long as you keep adding water it will keep making ice. It isn't super quite, but I don't think many portable ice makers are.

Ice maker works great .the ice cubes are a perfect size and they come out at a constant speed

Purchased when icemaker on frig stopped working. It makes plenty of ice in a short time. I make ice and put it in icemaker on frig. Always plenty of ice when I need it.

this Ice maker is worth every penny , we use in our camper and it keeps us and our friends drinks stocked with ice puts out ice every 8 minutes and they are perfect for drinks .

Very convenient ice machine. it gets the job done and pretty easy to clean. Make sure to get your hand back there though.

In This little ice maker is great. I received it on time and took the advice of running water through three times making ice. Good stuff thank you

So nice! It has to run a few times before actually making full ice but once it’s up and running, it’s great.

Good ice maker. Really quick. It makes a batch on about 8 minutes. You do have to take it out pretty quick or it melts. Easy to use and an overall good purchase.
