I purchased this hoping that it would supplement our refrigerator's internal Ice maker and I'm happy to say, it doesn't disappoint... The first two days had me convinced that it was indeed worth the cost and has almost solely kept the ice flowing for us. The instructions are simple and accurate, The thing will sit there and chug out ice as long as it has enough water and aside from a little noise, it's almost invisible until needed. because the ice will melt in the tray, I took and made a small cover out of cloth to cover the clear lid to help keep some of the cold inside and that helps the ice's longevity. All in all, it's great.

Quiet, works well, drops ice every few minutes and even for it not being "nugget" ice its still easy and enjoyable to chew. Also super easy to use, just add water and turn on.

Dont let the abrand name fool you, this is a best buy brand and it works wonders. It has two different options of size of ice, small and big. Also its very easy to clean. I personally cant go without ice in this heat wave of a Summer but having this is amazing. Also it makes ice is less than 5 minutes. When you first buy it make sure you drain out the first two bat hes of ufe it makes just so the ice doenst taste funky.

Love this little guy. I wanted an ice maker for my apartment and maybe take on camping trips. It's almost perfect. Once it gets going, it produces 9 bullet sized cubes (think Civil War bullet) in a timely manner. If I turn this on in the morning, I'll have ice all day long and would just have to add water if I'm going through it. The ice is soft enough for ice chewers, but not so soft that it melts quickly. It's not a big power draw, so leaving it on all the time is not a big deal. The bin is not insulated, but if it does start to melt, the water drips into the reservoir to be made into ice again. Cleaning it is quite easy with a quick wipe down and rinse. I liked it so much that I bought one for our office. Few small knocks on it. The scoop for it is nice to have, but it barely fits in the bin which makes getting ice out not as easy as it could be. The lid to the bin opens up which means when you're using it, you can't tuck it under something. Only an issue if you're trying to save counter space. Lastly, it would be nice if the bin was insulated, but it's not a big thing since the ice get recycled through melting. I gave it 4 stars, but it's probably more like 4.5.

Overall this product is great, especially for the price and the convenience. Its pretty easy to use just fill to line and choose your size ice. There are only two size options, yet not quite a significant difference between small and large. Makes a good amount of ice, and is efficient and timely. Would definitely recommend!

Makes ice on demand, quiet machine. Fix minimal counter space

Great for on the counter ice! Just make sure you are uaing a good filtered or bottled water. I used well water and it clogged it. After cleaning i started using filtered water and it works great.

Small and sturdy, it makes ice quickly, but the pieces are small and hollow—about the size of a woman's index fingertip. Although you can choose "small" or "large" ice, I did not see a difference. The basket that holds the ice as it's made is small and flat, so I had to empty it frequently to prevent it from shutting off. If the basket were sloped toward the front, the ice would have fallen away from the "full line." Also, the unit does not keep the ice cold, so it was to be stored elsewhere to prevent it from melting into the water reservoir. However, we managed to keep food cool with bowls of this ice for about a week in the refrigerator when our freezer broke and had to be replaced. If we added water and transferred the ice as needed, we kept the ice maker going for about 12 hours daily, making it durable.

Honestly, perfect for our space. We have a small kitchen and the fridge doesn't' have an ice maker. This can sit on the corner of our counter and we use it 1-2 times a week to fill up a bucket in our fridge. I would recommend draining any water you don't use after you get the amount of ice you want. The option to choose the size of the ice is really nice.

Exactly what we needed for our small house. Very inexpensive compared to other ice makers. Doesn't take up much space and produces ice relatively quick. Definitely recommend for college kids or man caves.

Works great. Makes ice quickly and easy to use. Small enough to sit on my counter. Price was great deal. Several of my neighbors are looking into getting one now.

Love it! The unit is attractive and performing magnificently. It replaces a similar, but more expensive, bulky and far louder unit, from a different manufacturer, roughly, without warning, simply stop working. after approximately 14 months of use. Shopped for and selected previous unit based in large part on the quiet/low decibel operating partners. Blown away how much quieter this replacement is.

The water line to our fridge stopped working, so we lost the in-door water and ice function. Didn't really care about the water, but missed the ice. We were buying bagged ice and refilling our ice bin until we got this. It is affordable and much more convenient than buying ice every week. I just let it run in the background and, after a few full bins from the ice maker are dumped into our freezer bin, the freezer bin is full, and we can use the ice function on our fridge again. Plus, the ice is softer/less dense than store bought, so it's easier to chew, which I'm a big fan of. So far so good and definitely recommend.
