    This is a great portable ice maker. First one we got failed but second one works flawlessly. The reservoir is big and the ice catcher is larger than other bramds so pretty happy!

    Worked for about 9 months then randomly stopped last night, I bought the geek squad protection but they don’t do exchanges so that’s a bummer, all in all a good machine just don’t need the protection plan

    This is not the fastest ice maker ever, and it creates some white noise, but it is a pretty good alternative to fixing the ice maker in our freezer during a pandemic. It doesn't keep the ice especially cold inside, but if you want to make iced tea and you give yourself a few hours head start it will definitely get the job done.

    Got the best deal on this I've seen and so glad I got it when I did. Even with them at $80-$90 now, still a great ice maker. Might eventually invest in one that chills the area the ice sits in when it's done being made. This model isn't chilled anywhere but where the ice cubes are made. Make sure you clean it often.

    Makes ice at at a great rate but definitely is noisier than other units I’ve had in the past. I would still recommend it because the noise is tolerable.

    This ice maker suits my needs in a small household. It will not store ice, but that isn't a problem for me. If I needed ice for a party, I would start early and move batches of ice to a freezer.
