Affordable, cylindrical ice. I happened to score this while it was on sale, and it's awesome! If you're an apartment dweller or don't have an ice maker hookup for your refrigerator, this definitely belongs on your countertop so you can have ice any time without the mess of ice cube trays. Tip: Get a small command hook and drill a hole in the included scoop, then hang the scoop on the side of the machine so you always have the scoop close at hand.

I bought this ice maker when my refrigerator ice maker was acting up. This ice maker is cheaper than the cost, to fix my refrigerator. While the ice cubes are smaller than those from my refrigerator, this portable ice maker makes ice cubes much faster that my refrigerator ever did. It is easy to use. Highly recommend as a backup to a refrigerator ice maker, or if you need ice in a hurry for a party or family occasion.

I’m really happy to have gotten this because I don’t have an ice maker in my fridge. I love how quickly ice is made. The machine itself looks very nice and well made. It is also relatively quite when making ice. I’m disappointed at the size of the ice cubes that are made. The “large” ice cubes are rather small. I also wish that the machine kept the ice cold so that they did not melt after they are made. Overall a good ice machine that does what you need it to do.

Great for last minute party. I thought the ice would have been much bigger. However, it produced a lot of ice and I was able to put the ice in zip lock bags. The ice maker is easy-to-use and it shuts off automatically. I thought it would be used for events only. I have used it several times after my event and it's a part of my daily routine. I purchased it online and it was ready within the time frame I was told. I am truly happy with the ice maker.

Work fine, makes ice pretty quickly. Fits on counter top, does not take up a lot of space or make a lot of noise.

Great little ice maker, that quickly makes 2 sizes of little tiny ice cubes! Transfer ice cubes to your freezer to keep from melting, this ice maker does not keep cubes frozen. This unit is not totally silent, but is not very loud either, noise level is similar to the ice maker in your freezer. The unit is not very large and can easily sit out on a kitchen counter. The ice maker could be portable as long as there is electricity and water. Great little ice maker for the money.

Works great, compact and quiet. Simple to operate, just plug in, add water and 6 minutes later the first batch comes out.

My family love using ice and i decided to purchase this machine. And it was a best decision ever. It is easy to setup and small enough to fit in the kitchen.

We lost our ice maker in the refrigerator about 3 years ago. I missed having ice and finally decided to buy a countertop unit. I read the reviews and in my 6 weeks of ownership my experience is about the same. The unit makes ice quite rapidly and it is true that it will not keep ice, only make it. It is reasonably quiet and easy to store. So far I am glad I bought it and it is serving us well.

Love this ice maker! Makes both small and large cubes...perfect for drinks and for freezing cubes for boating next day. Simple and easy to use.

I bought this for my wife for her office. She loves it. She likes to eat ice and says this is the prefect size and is soft enough to chew. She starts it up when she gets to work and by lunch there is plenty of ice. It does not keep the ice cold but any ice that melts just goes back into the reservoir to make more ice.

Got this on a member pick deal. My old ice maker was shot. Didn’t think it was going to work so well but it does. Makes a lot of ice pretty quickly. Saw a lot of reliability issue reviews but so far for me it’s great !

Its been a good ice maker, got it cause my fridged ice maker broke. I make ice in this and fill the freezer with it. keep it clean and its great.

I’ve been wanting an ice maker for so long!! I purchased online & did curbside pick-up. The service was excellent! No contact at all! I brought it home unboxed it and set it up! Very easy btw! Cleaned out the necessary trays and maker itself. Added filtered water to clean the water system. Threw out the first bucket of ice then started with a fresh set after! Once you add water after a few minutes you’ll have ice in the bucket! I love the little ring ice! It’s so cute! I will definitely purchase again!

This is the most honest review I can make. I’ve now had this unit for six months and I didn’t realize how much ice my family consumed. Ideally it’s enough ice for three large glasses at a time. It makes ice very quickly every eight minutes. The biggest problem and the reason why I have to give it four stars – Because I can’t give a 4 1/2- is that the ice slides at an angle into the holding tray. I’m not sure that there’s an engineering solution here due to the water tank being underneath the ice tray. Because the ice slides at an angle you only get enough for two glasses of ice unless you systematically shuffle the ice around two or three times a day with your scooper. The laser sensor is often blocked by the ice sliding into that tray. If you have a family of 4 to 6 people that consume a large amount of ice….I would probably get a larger unit that has a larger ice hopper compartment. I might actually go and get a larger unit myself and my kids will probably love me if I hand them this unit. The ice -in the large form -is the size of a thimble. Easy to suck on won’t damage your teeth and is a little soft. The unit is not refrigerated so the ice continually melts inside the tray back into the water tank. For the $89 -$100 range this piece of equipment is actually well done. If your ice maker in your refrigerator/freezer breaks and you don’t wanna go all out fixing it and you just want to move ice from this ice maker into the hopper of your freezer… This unit makes ice has a removable ice basket where you can transport that ice over to your freezer.
