The ice quality was good and the small size was great for the counter. Unfortunately, it quit working only 2 weeks after being purchased. After making a pretty loud popping noise, it still turns on but it no longer freezes.

Have to see if it's as good as the last brand which stopped working after about a year of good use. This one ice is a little smaller but still a great to have saved on buying bags of ice. Make and store in the regular freezer.

The ice maker isn't cold enough to keep the ice frozen, therefore it will clump when you freeze it and its hard to break apart. So far it works like a charm. Tge ice dropping will scare you though.

Since this summer seems extra hot, this ice maker is cranking from 5 AM until midnight. No issues so far (crossing fingers.)
