Ended up returning it due the it been too loud. It seemed about every 20 minutes or so. You could hear the water melting and producing new ice cubes, but you could hear the cubes as they fall and it just got too annoying.

Our Ice maker had died and we needed ice. So I foot bestbuy online and order this unit. When I open it up it did not have a upc sticker and items were missing the ice tray/ice scooper. I called and asked was this used they said no. I asked for a discount since this one is clearly used and it was being sold at a regular price,.

There was nobody there and it was after 9;00 am which is the time posted. After waiting about 15 min I went into the store and got my item. As I am 80 years old I thought someone would help me, But no one helped and I walked out the door with 3 grown men watching me struggle carrying my purchase.

I now wish I would have just gotten the one for my freezer because it would have been cheaper and more practical. It does make ice though.
