Great to have ice available at the basement cocktail station. We had a similar unit that lasted 2 years. We have had this one only a month, so I can't speak on how long it's expected to last.

Not the ice I thought it would make. :( Still better than no ice I suppose. Great product.

better than expected. Functions just as described. May buy a second for another location. Did not like that it was delivered in manufacturers box for everyone to see.

Fantastic wright out of the box !!!! :) The clear cover is the units weak spot; lets in outside heat , but is a easy fix. Duct-tape and Metal tape are quick an EZ

This is a nice ice maker. I just wish there was a way to add more water to keep from having to refill it so much.

It was a beautiful item but using it daily it’s not for it. I needed it to make ice extra daily and it worked until March and then it gave out. Unsure why because I didn’t mistreat it or left it dirty didn’t get it wet in the wrong areas so I hate spending cash on something that isn’t durable

Perfect ice maker if you don't have a lot of counter space or no option inside your freezer. Bought this as a gift.

It's okay. Not quite what I thought it was going to be. My freezer doesn't have an ice maker, so it's faster than putting trays in overnight to make ice. You have to pay attention because when the basket gets full, it stops and the ice it made melts to recycle the water. It's easy to forget about if you walk away. And you have to make sure you have something to store the ice in. The ice sticks together since its wet, so I break it up before I add new each time or you have one huge block.

We've had it for a month, and I'm very pleased with it. My main concern with it is how long it will last, so I'll update when it gives up, which hopefully is around 5 years.

use it everyday. works amazing and can keep up with my husbands ice needs ! just make sure you clean it out or it can get kinda gross

The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because you need to babysit the ice maker. If you don’t remove ice cubes immediately, they begin melt

We like how all of the buttons are on top and not in the middle. And it has different modes.
